Booking requests can be made online on the web portal of obrerasdelacruz-roma.it
To make the reservation is due the payment of the full amount of the stay.
The management reserves the right to refuse the reservation at its own discretion if the necessary contact or payment requirements of the customer are not met.

The management will send the confirmation of the booking of your stay by e-mail. The customer must fill in all the required fields in the booking form available on the web portal obrerasdelacruz-roma.it

In case of cancellation of the reservation made, the following provisions apply:
the total amount is due, non-refundable rate.

The rates indicate the total cost of the rooms and services. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

The minimum rental period is set in one (1) Night, in particular cases the Property reserves the right to accept reservations of different duration.

The vacation home San Juan de Ribera does not offer a 24-hour reception. In order for check-in to be organized, the client must inform the management of the estimated time of arrival.
Check-in is from 12:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The management will allow entry and exit after the scheduled time.

Upon arrival at the accommodation the client is required to present an identity document to the Management or its representative, for the registration of attendance as required by law.
The client agrees to follow the instructions received during check-In.

Although a security deposit is not required on arrival at the San Juan de Ribera vacation home, any damage to the apartment, furniture, equipment or building, caused by the client during the stay, must be compensated.

The number of people allowed in the booked room must not exceed the maximum number established in the description of the apartment as it appears on the website or other advertising material. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartments.
Animals are not allowed inside the apartments.
In case the client does not respect any of the points contained in this section, the management will ask the client to leave the room immediately.
It is not allowed to bring into the apartment people whose passport or valid identification document has not been registered or without the consent of the property.
For us, Adults and Children are our dear Guests, therefore no distinction is made on services, rates or accommodation.

The person making the reservation is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all guests who will use the room. Should one or more guests behave in an unacceptable manner, the management will ask them to leave the building immediately.

Each accommodation has been visited and checked by the Property. The descriptions contained in the web pages are correct and written in good faith. In case of problems, the client is requested to contact the Management or its representative immediately. The client is obliged to give the Management the necessary time to solve the possible problem.

For any dispute concerning the reservation, the place of jurisdiction is Rome. The applicable law is Italian.

With reference to art. 13 law 196/03 and European Privacy Regulation No. 679/2016 (“GDPR”) law  we remind you that the data collected has the sole purpose of being able to satisfy the requested service.
Such information can be communicated only to the personnel in charge of such activity and diffused exclusively within the purposes of the service rendered. The information may also be processed electronically in accordance with the laws in force.

The knowledge of the General Terms and Conditions implies their acceptance without reservation or exception.

The contribution to stay in the “Houses and Apartments” accommodation in the city of Rome is 3.5€ per day per person for a maximum of 10 consecutive days of stay, you pay in cash during Check-In.

The rooms are delivered clean and in perfect order. If necessary, the Management or its representative reserves the right to access the rooms to carry out maintenance and inspection operations. There is no cleaning service during your stay.
